Dutch quality newspaper Het Parool wrote and printed an article about the Cruquius area, a unique area in Amsterdam and a former industrial harbour. Amvest, Investment manager and developer of real estate and housing, decided to plant their office right in the midst of the area they are developing.
Amvest had one goal with its new office, to become a best practice of its own development qualities. Showcasing the epitome of how a good office, embedded in a good environment, has to relate to its users. To reinforce that image, Amvest started pioneering in its own backyard, an old industrial zone turned into residential area.
