The project
Keen Ventures is located in an old coach house on the Passeerdersgracht in Amsterdam. This project involves the redevelopment of a historic building into a contemporary and inspiring workspace. By completely stripping and refurbishing the building, an architectural balance between tradition and modernity has been found.
The design
Firm architects designed a warm, inviting loft office.
The deeper spaces in the building are meeting rooms. In addition, a wooden block has been placed in the space which provides additional meeting space. The kitchen has good coffee and a long table where meeting and connection can take place.
