In 2017, Carolien Roos and Niek Joanknecht started Firm architects. Firm stands for embedded architecture. Spaces that are grounded. Narrative, inspirational and considered. From the start we have been working with and for people we admire. Individuals with whom we have a connection. Daredevils and risk avoiders. Start-ups and establishment.
